Lightly dust your work surface with flour.
Remove the dough from the bowl where it has been rising and knead for a few minutes.
Cut the dough into 4 equal pieces and set 3 aside.
Lightly dust a rolling pin and being to roll out the dough into a thin circle (thickness is up to you).
Add a generous amount of tomato sauce, and spread evenly into the centre of the dough.
Add your favorite fillings to half of the dough.
Carefully fold over the other half and pinch closed.
