Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, chopped apples, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
