1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
1 cup almond flour
1 cup dried lentils, rinsed and drained
1 cup ginger ale or lemon-lime soda
1 cup orange slices
1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
1 fresh lemon
1 glass of water
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1 tsp ground allspice
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 cup butter (or plant-based alternative)
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional for a vegetarian, not vegan version)
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 cups milk (can use plant-based)
2 cups orange juice
2 large eggplants, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
2 tbsp tomato paste
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 large potatoes, peeled and sliced into 1/4 inch rounds
4 cups pineapple juice
4 tbsp flour
4 tbsp olive oil
A pinch of salt
