1 medium ripe cantaloupe, peeled and diced

3 medium bananas, peeled and sliced

1 cup (100 g) seedless grapes

2 medium pears, cored and diced (2 cups)

2 small apples, cored and diced

Juice of 1 lemon or lime

½ teaspoon coarse sea salt

½ teaspoon Chaat Masala

½ teaspoon black salt

½ teaspoon red chile powder or cayenne


In a large bowl, gently mix all the ingredients.

Serve the traditional street food way in small bowls immediately with toothpicks.
