1 large yellow or red onion, peeled and diced
4 medium tomatoes, diced
4 medium cucumbers, peeled and diced
1–3 green Thai, serrano, or cayenne chiles, stems removed, chopped
Juice of 2 limes
¼ cup (4 g) chopped fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon coarse sea salt
1 teaspoon black salt (kala namak)
1 teaspoon red chile powder or cayenne
In a large bowl combine all the ingredients and mix well.
Serve immediately as a side to any dish.
