Ingredients

5 cloves of Garlic

2/3 cup of Olive oil

1/3 cup of pine nuts

1 bunch of Basil leaves

1/3 cup Nutritional yeast

Salt and pepper

Direction

The first step is to toast the pine nuts by frying them in a pan. As you look at them, they should be turned golden.

In a food processor, place all the ingredients except the pasta, along with the toasted pine nuts, and pulse until well combined.

Toss the cooked pasta with the pesto sauce until it is evenly coated.

Served hot, enjoy
