Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon ground coriander
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
- dash of sea salt and pepper
- 1-2 tbsp coconut oil (optional)
- 4-5 medium potatoes
- Tomato sauce or sweet chilli to serve
Directions
- Preheat oven to 200°C. Line the base of a large baking dish with non-stick baking paper. Combine spices in a large bowl and mix well. If you’re using oil, add it to the spices and mix.
- Cut each sweet potato into chip size, add to the bowl and toss to coat with spices.
- Arrange sweet potato fries in a single layer in a large baking dish. Sprinkle generously with sea salt and pepper. Bake for 15-20 minutes, then flip them with a metal spatula and place them in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until cooked. Transfer to a large serving bowl.
- Serve with tomato sauce or sweet chilli sauce.
