2. Sprinkle the agar-agar powder evenly over the milk mixture. Continue stirring for about 5 minutes until the agar-agar is completely dissolved.

3. Once dissolved, bring the mixture to a gentle boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Pouring and Setting
