Ingredients

3 ripe bananas, mashed

1/4 cup tahini

1/4 cup maple syrup

1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup cocoa powder

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, tahini, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
